Crusader Hillis space Crusader Hillis is Director of Gasworks. Crusader has over 15 years experience in the arts and business, having most recently worked with Melbourne International Arts Festival. His experience before this includes a wide-ranging career in arts event programming, publishing, writing, editing, business and production management. Over the past 15 years, he has curated over 150 spoken word and performance events in Melbourne and Sydney. He was co-founder of the Melbourne Queer Film Festival, co-directing two festivals; was for two years a member of the programming committee of Melbourne Writers’ Festival; and served as a board member for the Victorian Writers Centre.
     
space Erena Norgard is Gasworks' Exhibitions and Events Producer. She spends her time organising weddings, corporate functions and Christmas parties as well as other well-known and loved Gasworks events such as the Gasworks Farmers' Market.  Erena also manages the Gasworks exhibition spaces. Before coming to Gasworks, Erena spent time travelling and gained a Bachelor of Art History and a Post Graduate Diploma in Museum Management .
     
  Sherridan Green, Creative Producer at Gasworks, has an extensive career in the theatre and festival worlds including working as a Programming Director, Project Manager and Technical Director. Sherridan has recently worked on projects including Ride-in-Movies Notables for the 2005 Melbourne International Arts Festival, Scoop TV – Children’s News Networkfor Children's Week 2006 and Crowd Theory Southbanka large scale photograph shoot both developed and programmed for the City of Melbourne.  Sherridan has also worked for the L'Oreal Fashion Festival, Sydney Festival, Performance Space, Queensland Performing Arts Trust and the Victorian Arts Centre.
     

  Jane Chisholm is the Marketing Communications Manager at Gasworks, after relocating from Victoria’s western coast where she was Marketing Director and Vice President of the Apollo Bay Music Festival. Jane has had a distinguished career in photography, media and publications, advertising and sales, and continues to be much sought-after as a consultant and producer. For the most recent L’Oreal Fashion Festival, Jane produced five fashions shows, presenting 124 designers and models without falter.
     
  Maria Griffin is the Gasworks Venue Coordinator. Maria has previously worked in administration and ticketing at the Melbourne Theatre Company and the Melbourne International Arts Festival. She has a Bachelor of Fine Art in Painting from the Victorian College of the Arts, was a founding member of Melbourne artist and writers space, First Floor, and exhibited in galleries in Melbourne and Sydney. She is currently studying Professional Writing and Editing.
     
  Scott Dunsdon currently works on Gasworks' Ticketing and Online Marketing. working four days while slowly finishing a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Music (Bassoon/Musicology). In the past Scott has been a theatre director, singer and performer, and co-founded UMMTA (the University of Melbourne Music Theatre Association) in 2002. He sat as a student representative on that same University’s Theatre Board in 2005 and received a Judge’s Award from the Music Theatre Guild of Victoria for his production of Cabaret in 2006.

Claire Miovich is the Gasworks Office Manager and is also a part of the Front of House and Box Office team at Gasworks. Before joining us Claire found it hard to stay in one place, having lived and worked in the UK and Europe for two years and Byron Bay prior to that. She has studied both Make-Up for Film, TV and Theatre, and Stage Management. Previously this has seen her working for Melbourne Comedy Festival, Melbourne International Film Festival and as a part of the team at The Famous Speigeltent in Edinburgh in 2004.

  Tristan Watson is the Front of House Manager at Gasworks, joining us in 2007 and he is excited about the role he now has within the company. Outside of this Tristan is completing his Bachelor of Arts at La Trobe University, majoring in Anthropology; he is also and actor, writer and musician.
     
  Kath Melbourne, who recently joined us as the Art of Difference Festival Producer, has worked in various leadership roles across the arts, making extensive contacts within the local visual and performing arts sector via her recent role as the Creative Producer at Melbourne Fringe. Kath has worked across a range of industries including community cultural development, Indigenous Arts, youth, theatre, festivals, circus, local government and public art. Kath has been both an arts practitioner and artistic administrator of projects in both in regional and urban settings and was once known in whispered tones throughout Western NSW as the “fire lady” of Bathurst.

  Narelle Sullivan is currently working as an Art of Difference Coordinator, following on from over ten years experience specialising in communications for arts and cultural organisations in Melbourne and internationally. Her undergraduate studies in Editing and Professional Writing coupled with her interest in alternative and progressive artforms and music, led her to edit Inpress Magazine for four years, work as an Events Publicist for the Melbourne International Festival of the Arts, and as International Publicist for the Famous Spiegeltent. Narelle is also a freelance writer and producer, has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in the Arts, and most recently she was appointed General Manager (part-time) of the Big West Festival.
     

  Ross Onley-Zerkel works in a job shared position as Art of Difference Coordinator.  Ross is Deaf and signs Auslan. Ross has worked in various positions for the Deaf arts community, including Deaf Arts Network, Arts Access preparing a research project titled "Access for Deaf and Hard of Hearing audience members at Arts & Cultural Events", and the Melbourne International Arts Festival as the Deaf Audience Consultant.  Ross is a member of the Community Cultural Development Advisory Panel at the City of Melbourne. He also works as visual language consultant to Deaf Drag King performer, Mr. Kewl, and runs his own business, OZ Consultancy.

Kirsty Hooper, previously Gasworks' Centre Manager, has recently returned from maternity leave and is now working solely on Capital Development & Infrastructure.

Shane Luther is the Finance Manager of Gasworks. Shane’s bookkeeping also sees him working at other arts organizations across Melbourne including Circus Oz, Melbourne Workers Theatre and St Martin’s Youth Theatre. Shane is a also a film maker and actor.
