The Gasworks Theatre is a flexible black box performance space with a raked seating bank for up to 244 patrons. It is wheelchair accessible, air-conditioned, and equipped with extensive lighting and sound equipment. Dressing room facilities and additional rehearsal spaces are available, making it ideal for various events and festival seasons.

The Studio Theatre is an intimate performance space with floorboards and a raised built-in seating bank for up to 62 patrons. It has an industrial ambience and is ideal for a variety of uses, including workshops, small productions, seminars, demonstrations, dance classes, rehearsals, readings or as a green room in conjunction with theatre hire. It is wheelchair accessible and air-conditioned.

The Art and Craft Room at Gasworks Arts Park is a versatile space suitable for both wet and dry activities. The room is equipped with easels, tables, chairs and a stainless steel kitchenette, making it ideal for a wide range of artistic endeavors such as textiles, painting, ceramics, drawing, and sculpture. Located on the Richardson Street side of the park, the paths are typically made of gravel or dirt, and gentle gradients leading to the entry. It provides a spacious area for artistic expression, allowing students to explore their creativity in a comfortable environment.

Hourly rate: $35 - Full Day (8 hours): $250 (including GST) - Half Day (4 hours): $130 (including GST)

The Garden Studio at Gasworks Arts Park is a versatile venue ideal for classes, meetings, rehearsals, and small gatherings, accommodating up to 30 people comfortably. It's popular for theatre rehearsals, auditions, exercise classes, and more, offering a scenic view of Gasworks Park. Equipped with chairs, tables, heating, and nearby amenities including public toilets, it sits amidst a serene setting with gravel paths, gentle slopes, and grassy areas, enhancing its natural charm.

Hourly rate: $35 - Full Day (8 hours): $250 (including GST) - Half Day (4 hours): $130 (including GST) $100 room bond (refunded after booking)

The Gasworks boardroom, situated in the Gasworks Theatre building, provides a comfortable and private setting for business conferences and meetings. It features a conference table, 12 desk chairs, and a 65-inch TV screen with Logitech Video conferencing System. Equipped with crystal-clear audio, HD video, 10x zoom capabilities, and climate control, it caters to all meeting and conferencing requirements.

Hourly Rate (9am-5pm): $55 incl. GST, Half Day (9am-1pm): $165 incl. GST, Full Day ( 9am-5pm): $275 incl. GST, Refundable Bond: $250 (no GST applicable)
