About the class:
The class is a mix of yoga style including: Hatha, Yin, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Classes are suited to all levels with beginners welcome.
Dawn has taught yoga for 20 years, is a Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia and also qualified with both the British Wheel of Yoga and the Inner Yoga Trust.
Her main influence has been Vanda Scaravelli, who focused on the journey into postures as well as the postures themselves.
Dawn has developed a playful and nurturing style that is attentive to our individual body awareness with the postures. This awareness empowers us to recognise our vitality and brings life to our bodies.
Dawn’s teaching and personal practice is based on listening and being guided from within, using a fluid approach to yoga emphasising ease, gravity, lightness and freedom.
Exploration, creativity and mindfulness are also a part of her approach.
