About Carolin:

Like so many yogis Carolin was initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits that the practice provides. During her teacher training the full magic of the practice started to unfold with the understanding of the yogic philosophy and the incredible wisdom of this ancient practice. In her teaching Carolin hopes to guide her students through a journey of self-exploration, sharing simple tools and breathing techniques that aim to help the modern yogi to navigate through the challenges of the world we live in.
