SCREENWORKS
Gasworks Screenworks provides a dedicated screen space for video and moving-image work for Gasworks’ creative community. Each month a different work will be shown, celebrating the dynamism that screen-based media can offer.
We are currently looking for video and moving-image works to be shown throughout 2026. Due by 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday 28th of June.
There is no artist fee associated with this opportunity. As such, we’re looking for existing works and are dedicated to making it low-effort for any participating artists.
What Gasworks will provide:
Installation – we’ll download the MP4 file onto a USB and install the work. You don’t need to come in person
Webpage – each Screenwork gets its own webpage and is featured in the Gasworks Season section of the What’s On page.
Socials – we create a social media tile that we’ll post and tag you in.
E-News – your work is mentioned in our monthly E-news that goes out to 10k+ subscribers.
Location:
Screenworks is located in the hallway outside our main gallery. The hallway is used by Gasworks Cafe patrons daily, and during evening shows in our Studio Theatre.
