ARTea Professional Art Classes for Kids with Helen Pollard
This program is ran by professional artist – Helen Pollard, who holds a Masters of Teaching, Bachelor of Art – Fine Arts and a Masters of Art – Art in Public Places. The program introduces children to a variety of drawing techniques, painting skills, sculptural, pottery and animation processes. She aims to expose participants to a range of fun yet educational exercises that begin to teach them the elements of seeing and translating both on a visual and an expressive level. The students explore exciting materials to create final artworks to be proud of while learning valuable art techniques and learning about art history.

Reviews:
Not just your everyday art program! Art classes are tailored around a movement or a specific artist or art form and the kids are given insights into each before they embark on their own artworks on the days theme/topic. A true art education with really creative and practical applications each week using different and interesting materials. My girls absolutely love it and I’m thrilled that they are really investigating and learning about the wonderful world of art without realising it.
